Heart-pounding excitement is the hallmark of an upland game hunt at Cherokee Spur Ranch, where the birds are field hardened, fast flying, and plentiful. Cherokee Spur Ranch is home to more coveys of quail per acre than any other hunt club in the country.

Explosive flushes, fast hard flying birds that thrill the senses and challenge a hunters shooting ability.

Hunters will be teamed up with knowledgeable guides and sharp, talented gundogs to find 30 to 40 coveys per day. Birds per covey will range in size from 15 or 20, to even 50 or 80 birds. Add to that plenty of bright cock pheasants sprinkled among the brush and a heart-stopping moment is always just one step away. Our commitment to providing our hunters the best hunting experience of any hunting club is second to none.
