    Cherokee Spur Ranch occupies 1,000 acres and nearly 2 miles of shoreline on beautiful Grand Lake ‘O the Cherokees. We offer upland bird hunting for bobwhite quail and pheasant, European Driven Pheasant shoots, and waterfowl hunting.

Cherokee Spur Ranch is indeed the exception to the rule as far as Hunt Clubs go. We do not follow the traditional, outdated methodologies. Rather, we have boldly gone where no other hunt club has ever attempted. That is providing optimum conditions to sustain the highest quail density possible. This allows us the privilege to find several coveys per hour.

Each of the hunts include a guide, dogs, meals, and drinks. We are open from November 1st to March 31st. Both European Pheasant Shoots and upland bird hunting is available 7 days a week. No 12 gauge shotguns allowed for upland bird hunting. We prefer side by sides or over/under’s also. We do have guns for loan if necessary.
